A person in a black hooded costume and white mask repeatedly startles pedestrians on a city sidewalk at night, causing them to jump back in surprise, while a man in a dark jacket and glasses stands nearby, smiling and gesturing. The scene takes place outdoors at night next to a large stone wall, with the costumed figure moving from left to right to approach each person.
