A young girl in a purple top and pink shorts uses a garden hose to spray water on a concrete driveway, then directs the stream at a person on a small bicycle, causing them to lose balance and fall off the bike onto the grass. The scene takes place outdoors on a wet, cracked concrete surface with a grassy area nearby.
