A cartoon character with red hair and glasses falls backward onto a blue stage with purple and green balloons, landing on a yellow platform. The scene then cuts to the title card for the animated series "Fish Hooks," followed by a shot of a building with green lighting, a group of cartoon fish characters dancing at a party, a fish character in a blue dress interacting with another character in a room with large windows, and finally a fish character with a large afro looking distressed while sitting in front of a row of colorful lockers.
