Hey Peter

An American flag waves on a flagpole against a blue sky, then the scene cuts to a bedroom where a large man in white underwear and yellow slippers wakes up in bed, stands, and flexes his muscles. He walks to a window, opens it, and leans out with a wide smile, then climbs out of the window and disappears from view.
