Drunk

A man in a white star-patterned shirt and black cap stands at night, looking at the camera, then brings a clear plastic container to his mouth and drinks from it, spilling liquid down his chin, before the scene cuts to a blurry shot of people on a street and returns to a close-up of his face with his mouth open and liquid dripping from his chin.
