A cartoon man in a blue suit sits on a desk, holding a yellow telephone receiver to his ear and raising his left index finger, his expression shifting from wide-eyed to angry as he speaks, before he lowers the receiver and the screen cuts to black. The setting is an office with a blue wall, a window, a television, and a sign with the word "Новым" in red Cyrillic letters.
