A woman in a leopard-print shirt sits on a bed, looking at the camera, then turns her head and body to the side, reaching down to pick up a white pillow, which she lifts and holds in front of her face. The scene cuts to a man in a red shirt standing in front of another man, both looking forward with serious expressions.
