The wild 90s

A man in a black jacket sits on a stationary wooden horse ride in a playground, holding a plastic bottle and looking toward the camera, while another man in a hooded jacket stands nearby, repeatedly swinging a small object in a circular motion. The scene takes place in a playground with sand, bare trees, and colorful equipment under an overcast sky.
