Granny style

An older woman in a red jacket and headscarf sits outdoors in a garden, repeatedly rubbing her left wrist with her right hand. She briefly looks toward the camera, then puts on a pair of pink sunglasses before removing them and resuming the wrist rubbing motion. The background shows a brick wall, a garden path, and green plants.
