A nut in a rut

A young man with brown hair makes exaggerated facial expressions, opening his mouth wide in surprise or excitement, then purses his lips and blows air forward, creating a visible puff of vapor. The scene alternates between a close-up against a window with wooden blinds and a kitchen setting with wooden cabinets and a refrigerator.
