Mr snow

A puppet character with a long nose, wearing a hat, striped shirt, and jacket, walks from the left side of the frame to the right across a stage with a blue, icy backdrop. The character moves with a stiff, shuffling gait, its arms swinging slightly, as it traverses the stage from left to right.
