A young man in a black jacket and red shorts stands next to a white car, moving his arms and body in a rhythmic, dance-like motion while looking at the camera and then at the car. He points to a decal on the car door that reads "I ❤️ CAR POLICE" before turning back to the camera. The scene takes place outdoors in a residential driveway.
