A grotesque, deformed humanoid creature with exposed flesh and a distorted face crawls and lunges forward in a dark, dilapidated indoor environment, its movements slow and menacing as it advances toward the viewer. The scene shifts to a silhouetted figure in a rain-soaked, overgrown outdoor area, then to a man in a dark, industrial space with purple lighting, before returning to the creature crawling in a dimly lit corridor.
