SCUMBAG

A man in a grey jacket and black shirt speaks directly to the camera, alternating with a second man in a dark shirt speaking against a different background, both appearing in a looping sequence. The first man is in a room with a window and a cityscape picture, while the second is in front of a wall with a large graphic banner.
