Awesome cosplay

A woman in a grey cardigan and black pants is submerged in floodwater up to her waist, initially leaning out of a red car that is partially submerged, then sitting on the roof of the car as it floats, and finally standing on the roof as it drifts in the water near a concrete structure. The scene transitions to a man in a pirate costume standing on a makeshift raft made of a wooden pole and a small boat, floating on water with larger ships in the background during sunset.
