Tut tut tut

A person in a hooded sweatshirt and pants moves erratically in a dark, outdoor setting, swinging their arms and body in a series of rapid, blurred motions before falling out of frame. The scene is illuminated by a green-tinged light, likely from a night vision camera, with indistinct background elements.
