A green-skinned, diamond-headed animated character stands in a red circle with a yellow hammer and sickle, superimposed over a live-action scene of a person standing over another person lying on the ground at night. The animated character remains static while the background scene changes, showing a person from behind looking at the scene, then the animated image returns to fill the screen.
