A female anime character with brown pigtails and red eyes, wearing a school uniform, looks distressed with a bandage on her cheek, then crouches and clutches her arm in pain. A male character with brown hair and blue eyes, also in a school uniform, appears with a serious expression, then the two are shown in a physical struggle where he pushes her, and she collapses to the floor, ending in a close embrace as he holds her. The scene takes place indoors, likely a classroom, with warm, golden light coming through a window.
