The image displays a static composition with two panels: the top panel shows a stylized portrait of Che Guevara with a Cuban flag and text reading "R.i.p to possibly the best leader any nation has had in the past 50 years," while the bottom panel features the animated character Patrick Star from SpongeBob SquarePants with a shocked expression. In the final frame, SpongeBob SquarePants appears beside Patrick, who maintains his wide-eyed, stunned look.
