my throat hurts

Two men in green scrubs kneel beside a man lying on a mat, simulating a medical emergency; one in green scrubs uses a tool on the man's abdomen while the other assists, and the man on the ground reacts with facial expressions and slight movements. The scene takes place indoors, likely in a training facility or classroom, with tables and equipment in the background.
