Dance off

A shirtless man in yellow shorts dances erratically while a small white dog with brown patches stands on a paved surface, howling upward. The scene abruptly cuts to the dog, now rendered in a 3D animated style, performing a rhythmic dance move against a glowing, grid-patterned, retro-futuristic background.
