A young man is shown in various settings, including sitting on a rock overlooking the ocean at dusk, standing under a bridge, lying on a rock with a woman, and wearing a winter hat at night, all while displaying expressions of contemplation and distress. The sequence includes a close-up of his eyes and a handwritten list titled "Reasons for not killing myself," which lists reasons such as "Mess / clean up" and "Would never see Jordana again," before he looks down.
