A man in a suit and tie stands in an office, initially looking down and then up with a subtle smile, before turning to face a television screen displaying the text "SWORD ART ONLINE" in English and Japanese, where he places his hand on the side of the TV. The setting is an office with cubicles and windows with blinds in the background.
