A shirtless, balding man with dark hair on the sides of his head emerges from a hole in a black leather couch, pushing himself up onto the seat. He then crawls forward on his hands and knees across the couch, turning his body to lie on his stomach and then rolling onto his back, all while remaining on the couch. The setting is a dark room with a black leather couch.
