A man in a grey long-sleeved shirt and black pants stands with his legs spread wide and arms raised, then turns his body and swings a long wooden stick in a circular motion before bending forward at the waist. The scene takes place in a room with light blue walls, a clock, and a red banner hanging on the wall.
