Carousel

A man sits on a blue, circular, metal playground spinner with white arches, pushing off the ground with his feet to rotate it in a dirt yard. Another man stands nearby, pushing a scooter, while a child runs in the background. The spinner rotates rapidly, then slows and tips over, falling onto its side on the ground.
