A player in a dark, industrial tunnel shoots a zombie-like enemy with a yellow and green gun, causing a red blood splatter and the on-screen text "ГОЛОВОРЕЗ" to appear as the enemy falls. The player then turns and shoots another enemy in the head, resulting in a large red explosion effect and the same text appearing again.
