Embarrassing

A person in a white snowsuit and colorful headpiece carries a torch and runs down a street, passing a line of people in matching blue and white jackets who stand behind a rope barrier, while another person in a similar jacket walks alongside. The scene takes place outdoors on a paved road with bare trees and a red wall in the background.
