A large crowd of identical, small figures kneels in a vast, gothic hall before a high throne, which is initially empty. The camera moves forward to reveal a large, grotesque woman in a bikini standing on the throne, being prepared for cosmetic surgery by two doctors holding a giant syringe labeled "Butt Filler" and a wheelbarrow of "XXXL Implants."
