motivation

A young boy with dark hair, wearing a pink shirt and blue pants, stands on a wooden platform in a large, light blue crystal cave, holding a long, flat object horizontally across his shoulders; he then lowers himself to his knees and peers over the edge of the platform, looking down into a deep purple chasm below. The scene cuts to a high-angle view of the chasm, showing the boy's hands gripping the edge of the platform, then to a small, white, bird-like creature with a long tail standing on the far side of the chasm, looking across at a bright, glowing opening in the purple rock wall.
