A crumpled white plastic bag with blue text and a white packet labeled "healthy accents cough drops" sit on a dark surface, with a yellow and black cage visible in the background. The scene then cuts to a person with short, bleached hair lying on a couch, partially covered by a colorful rainbow zebra-print blanket, looking at the camera with a tired expression. The camera then moves to show the blanket covering the person, with a television and a child's play area visible in the background.
