Happy 2017

A man in a red party hat and plaid shirt holds a wand and speaks, then the scene cuts to a man in a black jacket and striped scarf singing into a microphone on a stage with a decorated backdrop. The scene cuts again to a man in a dark suit and red tie standing before a nighttime cityscape with illuminated buildings and a tower, speaking directly to the camera.
