A man in a suit stands at a podium labeled "World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2013," speaking at a conference with a blue backdrop featuring the forum's logo, while a news ticker at the bottom displays Russian text and currency exchange rates. The scene then cuts to an animated character in a pirate costume, who initially sits with arms crossed, then raises his hand in a gesture, and finally holds a pipe in his hand.
