Where's Pavlik?

In a stop-motion animation, a woman in a blue and white uniform gestures toward a man in a grey uniform holding a camera, standing on a street with a crosswalk and trees in the background. The scene then cuts to a man in a dark suit walking into a room, where a woman with blonde hair approaches him from behind and places her hands on his shoulders. The final shot is a close-up of a young man with short blonde hair looking intently forward.
