A man in a light blue shirt is restrained by two others on a road with cars and a white van, while a man in a dark jacket kneels beside a person on the ground; the scene shifts to a police officer in a reflective vest leaning forward on a street, then to a man in a dark jacket confronting a uniformed officer on a city street at night, followed by a large fireball erupting on a highway, then to a low-angle view of a crowd's legs and a yellow object on the ground, and finally to a man in a black jacket running away from a group of people at night.
