About the weather

A bearded man in a fur hat and ornate coat stands in a snowy forest, holding a large, intricately carved ice staff, then raises it and swings it forward, releasing a burst of cold air and ice fragments. The scene cuts to a figure in a helmet and protective gear, who is thrown backward through the air by the force of the blast, tumbling amidst a cloud of snow and ice.
