Lezginka

A person in a dimly lit room holds a large black exercise ball against their head with both hands, pressing it down and then lifting it slightly in a repetitive motion. They are wearing a light-colored t-shirt, dark jeans, and a watch on their left wrist, standing in front of a dark wall with a white heater visible to the right.
