Can't stop laughing

Two people sit on a low concrete block outdoors next to a small fire in a metal container, with a silver car parked nearby. The person on the left, wearing a blue beanie and dark jacket, holds a grey cat and repeatedly pulls it close to their face, hugging it tightly, while the person on the right, in a brown jacket, watches and laughs.
