A dark blue Nissan Versa is stopped at a traffic light in a commercial area, its brake lights illuminated, as the camera vehicle approaches and stops behind it. The camera then moves closer to the rear of the car, focusing on the Utah license plate which reads "HGSNKSS" and features a "Utah!" sticker above the numbers.
