Tap dance

A young man in a striped shirt stands outdoors, holding a small plant and repeatedly touching his face, then raises his hands in a gesture. The scene cuts to an older man in a striped shirt standing on a platform, holding a piece of paper, looking down at it, then looking up and speaking. The setting is an outdoor area with signs in Cyrillic script and a building in the background.
