Sector 13

A group of people are strapped into a circular arrangement of chairs that rotate around a central platform, viewed from above in a dimly lit room with warm lighting. The scene cuts between the rotating chairs, a man in a white shirt and tie looking distressed behind bars, and a man in a light-colored shirt standing with his back to the camera, observing the scene.
