Oh, dear gossip

A man with a shaved head laughs intensely, his mouth open wide to reveal a grill on his teeth, as he is held by others in a crowded, dimly lit indoor space. The scene shifts to show another man with a similar grin, then back to the first man, now with a white cloth in his mouth, as the group continues to laugh and move together.
