A small dog with a black and silver coat lies on its back in a pile of rumpled blankets, its mouth open in a wide, toothy grin that resembles a smile, while its paws rest on its chest and it remains mostly still throughout the loop. The setting is a bed with soft, disheveled bedding in warm, muted tones.
