Ever been hit ?

Three boys are on a grassy lawn; one boy lies on his back while the other two kneel beside him, with one pressing down on his chest in a repeated motion, simulating a medical procedure. The scene takes place outdoors on a sunny day with green grass and small white flowers scattered around.
