Van!

A chibi-style anime character with white hair, cat ears, and red eyes appears from the bottom right of the frame, moving upward and centering in the frame with a wide, excited expression. The character, wearing a red gem-like object on its head, bobs its head and tilts side to side while maintaining a cheerful, open-mouthed smile against a plain white background.
