wtf is arthur

A small, yellow dog runs across a sidewalk, passing by the legs of a person in blue jeans and red sneakers. The scene cuts to a close-up of Arthur, a young aardvark in a yellow sweater and glasses, standing with his arms crossed and a smug expression on his face. The background is a suburban neighborhood with green trees and houses under a blue sky.
