Shimoseka

A female anime character in a school uniform makes a playful hand gesture near her face, followed by a male character with a bandage on his head showing a shocked expression, then the female character repeats her gesture with a wider smile, and finally the male character's face distorts into a wide-eyed, panicked expression, all set against a dimly lit indoor background.
