Bruce the Milkman

Two police officers in uniform stand side by side, each holding a large mug, and they simultaneously lift the mugs to their mouths to drink. The scene then shifts to a man in a blue shirt and khakis standing before a line of children, who are holding small cups. He lifts a large white container and pours a white, foamy substance over his head, causing him to scream in surprise as the substance splashes down. The setting is outdoors in a sunlit, grassy area with trees and a building in the background.
