Speed and swagger

A man in a black t-shirt walks along a city sidewalk, approaches another man in a suit, and begins talking to him while gesturing with his hands; the man in the suit then pulls out a phone and pretends to make a call, causing the man in the t-shirt to react with surprise and walk away, while a third man in a hat and sunglasses watches and reacts to the interaction. The scene takes place on a sunny day on a busy urban street with trees, parked cars, and pedestrians.
