Taiga, basically

A female anime character in a red school uniform lies on a classroom desk, looking up with wide eyes, then her face fills the screen as she gasps, followed by a close-up of her eye, then a shot of her face covered in white foam, then she rides a bicycle outdoors, and finally she lies curled on the floor in a dimly lit room.
